Senior Group Manager - Transformational Quality

MUST HAVES :

1) 12 to 15 years of Total experience and about 2-3 years of experience of being an Agile coach

2) Certifications- Agile Coach, Scrum Master, PSM1, Scaled Agile, Kanban (Must have atleast 2 to 3 certificates)

3) Expert knowledge of Scrum and Kanban (Certified PSM1,PSK1,CSM SAFe,Agile coach)

4) Strong understanding of Agile in the Digital world

5) Must understand Devops and have experience in the same

6) It's an Individual Contributors' role, this role is to help the internal team to adopt the agile methodology. To inculcate agile culture within the organization and encourage the team to embrace agile culture shift.

7) May or may not be entitled to managing a team, maybe 1 or 2 members if at all

Education : Bachelors/ B Tech degree

Reporting : The role reports to the Sr Director- Quality

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

Change Management :

- Inculcate culture of Agile way of working

- Help & encourage teams and leadership to embrace the agile as a culture shift

- Encourage employee and stakeholder buy-in

Training, Coaching & Mentoring :

- Responsible for training modules creation and Train teams across the organization on the agile framework & principles

- Develop standards and requirements for the agile process

- Oversee the development of agile teams to ensure effective outcomes for the organization

- Responsible for nurturing & guiding teams through the implementation process

Customer Centricity :

- Customer Consulting on Embracing Agile and Drive Agile transformation for customers

- Focus on external or internal customer and create exceptional value for customer by understanding and addressing their unmet and potentially even unrecognized, needs

Governance: Measure and Monitor Agile maturity and Agilityscore

Desired Experience and Skills :

- Bachelors/ B Tech/Master's degree with 12 to 15 years of related experience

- Excellent communication skills; Strong Presentation, coaching & mentoring skills

- Design Thinking, Lean Management- Should be able to mentor and lead transformation

- Certifications- Agile Coach, Scrum Master, PSM1, Scaled Agile, Kanban

- Expert knowledge of Scrum and Kanban(Certified PSM1,PSK1,CSM SAFe,Agile coach)

- Strong understanding of Agile and why Agile in Digital world

- Servant Leader and can do attitude
