The key deliverable of the role would involve the following:
- Identifying reengineering/ process improvement opportunities, partnering with the different teams (Sales/ Operations) to drive implementation
- Solution Selling to key stakeholders of the client based on Value Proposition and Consulting Sales approach
- Conceive & create domain specific products/solutions offerings and build capabilities
- Lead and execute on consulting projects, lean or six sigma projects
- Mentor lean and six sigma projects
- Deliver jointly agreed targets on quality net income, reengineering revenue or NI targets
- Partner with technology & solutions team to deliver holistic consulting solutions
- Build relationships with end customers and engage with BU leads internally to foster WNS brand
- Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and a customer - focused approach
- Work closely with the sales and operations business teams as key functional expert
- Leverage experience, observations, industry trends, best practices, leading - edge technology and process improvement ideas to define go to market strategy
We need people with 11 years of exp. - out of which relevant would be 9 plus years.
Black belt/ Green Belt certified. Would prefer from Finance & Accounting Background along with expertise in Re- Engineering or Transformation .
Would prefer people who have worked on Transformation advancements like Robotics.
Any Automation or Tool Implementation experience in Finance & Accounting field would also be preferred.
Worked on Cost reduction initiatives - would be an added advantage.
