Job Description : - Strong analytics background in Pharma in the work related to value creation, value protection and revenue maximization - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the client organization to ensure optimal delivery of analytics. - Demonstrate thought leadership by raising awareness of pricing and market access opportunities &amp; threats with above country access counterparts - Demonstrate thought leadership in Pharma Advanced Analytics, especially in the areas of Commercial, Market Access and Pricing - Good understanding of AI/ML algorithms and other Data Science techniques. - Extensive experience in handling and solving operational problems, design and delivery of tools and platforms. - Partner with leaders from across the business to translate the company's business objectives, market opportunities &amp; portfolio of offerings into a formal, cohesive global analytics strategy - Developing and evolving core commercial models used across all analytics packages. Examples of the models will be: Launch Sequence Optimization, Multi-Channel Analytics, Patient Pathways, Attribution Modeling, &amp; Customer Targeting - Collaborate across business to prototype, launch and Iterate analytics capabilities that quickly scale globally - Lead the collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure data driven decisions are embedded into business process. - Automate analytics models and simplify information management - Consult with markets, regions, and leadership on defining the business questions to apply to be answered with analytic and then pulled through for measured value.
