BPM Architect role


Location : Mumbai/ Pune

Experience : 12 - 16 years

Designation : Sr. Group Manager

Mandatory Skills : Strong architectural experience & hands-on BPM knowledge.

Core Competencies :

- Experience in design, development, customisation, implementation and maintenance of BPM Products (Preferred BPM Technologies: KTA, PEGA, Appian )

- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Technologies

- Experience workflow, OCR, configuration, infrastructure design & app design.

- Expertise on XML, HTML, Javascript, VBScript.

- Knowledge / Experience in Functional & Technical design and development of enterprise BI Solutions.

- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and sizing

- Thorough knowledge of Application security aspects

- Should have worked on BA reporting & solutions.

- Foresighted & good judgement in problem-solving.

- Capable of paying attention to detail.

- Good analytical and logical thinking.

- Prioritizing and organizing

- Team Player with the positive attitude.

- Process knowledge/Technical expertise

- Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Education :

- Graduation in any stream preferably MCS/MCA or BE

Key Accountabilities :

- Analyse & understanding of the SRS.

- Report queries on the SRS/Requirement.

- Prepare low-level design document

- Design & development of BPM solution

- Design, development, unit testing and deployment of of.NET 3.5+ using C#, ASP-based application and Change requests

- Guiding team on complex queries and stored procedures

- Guiding team on the development of web services

- Analyse L2 support issue, identify the immediate workaround for the same within stimulated SLA

- To provide root cause, identify and development of long-term fix for the L2 support issues within stimulated SLA

- Analyse L3 support issue, register and liaise with Product team for resolution

- Impact analysis, deployment and unit testing of product patches/hotfixes

- Product installation, configuration and unit testing

- Preparation of release document for new developments, change requests and bug fixes

- Willing to take additional responsibilities and ability to meet acute deadlines

- Liaise with Testing and L1 team for UAT system bugs, deployment issues, L2/L3 support issues

- Create and leverage technical knowledge repository.
