Senior GM/GM - Information Insights/Analytics Centre - Auto

1. Leadership towards use of information analytics and in-sighting in the organization.

2. Planning and executing projects/services towards responsive MIS, discovery analytics, predictive and prescriptive analytics.

3. Change management strategy and its implementation to increase utilization of analytics tools and deliverables.

4. Vendor management - evaluating technologies and vendors, delivery models, budgeting and service delivery assurance. Frugality in entirety would be needed.

5. Use of analytics towards the problem discovery in the business areas and use of statistical tools and techniques to derive the solutioning. Should have worked with data scientists / analysts to service end clients.

Preferred Experience

1.) An avid technology enthusiast and should have worked in advising / consulting clients on usage of technologies in this space. Key words - SAP BI, SAP BW / BobJ, SAP-HANA, Qlikview, SAS

2.) Exposure of IT service delivery model wrt to outsourcing / offshoring.

3.) Exposure to discreet engineering product industry - preferably Automotive globally

4.) Strong exposure to business consulting

1.) Position will be reporting to VP - IT, Auto & Farm Business, M&M

2.) Will be leading a team of internal business consultants & Data Scientists
