Senior GM/GM - Finance - CA - Pharma

About Our Client: One of the leading MNC in Pharma Industry, has got its presence across the globe.

Job Specifications & Role:

Looking for GM/ Sr. GM Finance Position for monitoring its European Finance Function with a minimum qualification of CA and additional degree of CWA and CS.

Candidate should have 12 to 15 years of vast experience in Finance Function of the large operating company with good communication and analytical Skills and hands on experience in Finance and ERP Functions and have an ability to handle divergent finance functions and team.

The position is based in Hyderabad, India reporting to Global Finance and Operations department (GFOD) Head located in India.Candidate would be assisted by 3 subordinate and responsible for interaction with EU Local Country CFO and India cross function department with direct reporting to GFOD Head the following areas:

- Validation of INDAS package and Compiling Accounts for Corporate Aurobindo Team for Consolidation Publication of Result and Intercompany transactions within EU Subsidiaries, Parent.

- Reviewing Monthly/ quarterly/ Yearly financials and periodically Consolidating EU financial for management reporting.

- Quarterly and Unaudited Limited Review / Annual Audit co-ordination with Big 4 Auditor.

- Consolidation of entire EU Budget, Close monitoring of EU subsidiary Budget vs. Actuals and report Deviation as appropriate in close co-ordination with Cluster head and EU head.

- Periodic compilation of MIS Packages for COO / EU Head / Cluster Head as per their requirements.

- Preparation and Review of Performance Report for management Discussion and conducting meeting with follow up for the execution of the minutes of meeting.

- Stabilizing oracle R12 ERP with India ERP Team.

- Transfer Price Monitoring and compliance.

- Taxation issues, finance related litigations and disputes

- Company Secretarial matter, Board / Shareholder Meetings,Resolutions and Documentations and co-ordination with Investment Company based in NL.

- Assisting GFOD Head in Bank finance, M&A and Due Diligence support and in ensuring Overall EU Finance Functions

- Assisting other GFOD function headed by Vice Presidents - EU for any other matter of Pricing Support, Legal,HR,Strategic Matter support to top management, Inventory control, Supply Chain & Business Support.
