Knowledge in Supply Chain, Imports &amp; Exports added advantage. Agri Background will be an added advantage. Exp.- 20 - 25 yrs experience in Logistics and Supply chain in Agri bulk, Steel, multi-level Logistics / SCM organization, Cement, Metals, bulk chemicals or commodity product. Location - Hyderabad JOB DESCRIPTION - - Drive execution of long-term strategic or functional initiatives (network design, optimization work etc.) from planning to closure/ handover to teams by building or leveraging internal resources and/ or external teams - Responsible for achieving Grade wise projected Contribution - Coordinate with Commercial and Finance for procurement basing on derived vessel wise/product wise contribution projections - Finalization of receiving port basing on market requirements, Develop State wise marketing plan for imported Grades and Achieve vessel wise projected profitability. - Oversee a comprehensive set of operational reports to optimize decision making regarding inventory management, transportation and warehouse management, risk management, etc. - Develop contacts for sourcing of fertilizers - Port operations of imported fertilizer within the budgeted (projected) costs, - Develop people capabilities to achieve efficient logistics and distribution parameters - Effective utilization of existing marketing teams to ensure marketing of the products and receivable management.
