Client : World's largest and most experienced Outsourcing and Technology Service Specialist

Location : Mumbai

Education : Minimum: Post - Graduate degree( MBA- Operations preferred) or global equivalent,

- Certified Master Black Belt is a must

Experience : 15 - 18 years- experience in defining and maintaining Quality Management Systems, QA Administration, Metrics, Process and product Audits within IT Industry

Knowledge and Key Skills :

- SIX Sigma proficiency, Lean expert, Exposure to Business Excellence Models etc.

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of systems and processes

- Ability to control cost and improve operational efficiency

- Ability to innovate and enhance procedures and methods to increase productivity & cost effectiveness

Role :

- To drive Quality initiatives across the organization (regions as well as corporate office) and bring in efficiencies and effectiveness in processes

- To ensure implementation of Business Excellence Model for the company and Risk assessment for new projects

Salary : Rupees 30-40 lacs CTC
