Job Description:

- As a Field Marketing Manager, your role will be to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and coordinate various events for Tredence globally to promote and enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

- You will be responsible for managing all aspects of field marketing and event management, from conceptualization to execution, while ensuring alignment with the overall marketing objectives and company goals.

- This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing and event strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define marketing objectives and develop integrated marketing campaigns.

Event Management:

- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, such as trade shows, conferences, new service launches and sponsorships.

- Experience running large customer conclaves with a significant budget upwards of $250k

- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and scheduling.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful event execution and seamless customer experiences.

Brand Promotion:

- Develop and manage promotional materials, collateral, customer swags and event signage to maintain consistent brand messaging.

- Monitor market trends and find innovative ways to promote the brand during large tradeshows, conferences, and other events - not settle for run off the mill ideas.

- Coordinate with channel partners and event organizers to secure enhanced brand visibility for Tredence as an analytics industry leader through tech talks, thought leadership articles, and other platforms.

Relationship Building:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and vendors to leverage partnerships for marketing initiatives.

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide marketing support to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

- Act as a brand ambassador and representative at events, fostering positive relationships with customers and prospects.

Metrics and Reporting:

- Create trackers and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities and events.

- Analyze data and generate reports to evaluate marketing campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.

You'll be a great fit for this role if you have/are:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 12 - 15 years of proven experience in field marketing, event management, or related roles.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.

- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and concepts.

- Proficient in using MarTech tools.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
