Senior GM Strategy
REVENUE MANAGEMENT:
- Sets pricing parameters for all centers to ensure profitability, competitiveness and pricing parity across all distribution channels (direct and indirect)
- Partners with the Revenue team (Sales team) to evaluate potential deals to optimise the business mix and pricing at each center
- Analyses macro environment and internal data to provide reporting and analysis
- Manages competition benchmarking data for each center.
BUSINESS REPORTING:- Provide senior leadership reporting on internal trends, macro environment trends and performance of centers
- Provides performance forecasting reporting to feed into company business plan and other forward looking reporting
- Proactively evaluates performance metrics for all centers including revenue and cost inputs and looks for opportunities to optimise the profitability of each center
TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM ANALYTICS:- Provide data analytics on downloads and engagement for the company technology platform for both Flex and Campus and Amenity Management
- Work with Transformation and Marketing team to translate analytics into a strategy to improve utilisation of the technology platform
- Identify microservice and amenity utilisation trends to support pricing and marketing decisions
NEW CENTER FEASIBILITY:- Support growth plans by evaluating new center feasibility keeping pricing, costs, and market dynamics in mind.
- Evaluate macro-economic environment to identify underserved markets/micro-markets for expansion for the flex space business.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- MBA from a highly reputed institute
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- 3-5 years in a Leadership Role
