Senior General Manager - Sales - FMCD/Telecom

MBA with 12-20 yrs experience in Sales (channel & project sales)

The incumbent should have experience in any two of these industries Paint/Telecom/ Consumer durable/ cement

JD :

- Guide the development of the overall Sales and Marketing strategy and markets in alignment with the business plans and objectives.

- Ensure annual sales projections and target setting.

- must have worked in south market.

- Will take care of sales of entire South

- Finalize and implement market entry strategies

- Ensure maximization of revenue realized form current clientele and from newly developed customers.

- Provide inputs to Product Design Department, Customer Service department to ensure expectations of customer are met and exceeded

- Develop strategies for dealer engagement & handling competition
