Senior General Manager - Human Resource (Gender Diversity )

Qualification: MBA in HR from Tier I or Tier II institute

- The incumbent should have at least 16 to 20 years experience in HR operations , Talent Acquisition , Talent Management , Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management and Training from large corporate houses.

- She should have managed a large team and have excellent Leadership Skills .

Base Location : Kolkata . Must be open to travel .

She will be responsible for the following functions :

1. Business Partner for Corporate Functions

2. Change Management Initiatives

3. People Engagement

4. Capability Development

5. Talent Management .

6. Compensation & Benefits

7. Performance Management

KRA :

- Leading Talent Acquisition Adhering to Manpower Budgeting and ensuring quality of new hire across positions. Overseeing On boarding and induction of all employees.

- Managing workforce planning, succession plan and talent review including salary review and promotion. Training team members to ensure they fully understand the systems and processes so that they can monitor the progress and the quality of these systems and processes.

- Implementation of compensation & Benefits strategies for the entire organization keeping employee value proposition in the best interest of the Organization.

- Manpower Budgeting , conducting interviews for all positions to attract the right talent for achieving business development objectives effectively.

- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, universities and other recruitment sources Relationship Building and Grievance handling .

- Enhance the relationship with business leaders and employees through grievance handling, positive employee relations , site visits , employee touch programs and counseling.

- Participation in Employee Survey , Partnering the business in the Action Planning and the other initiatives Manager needs to undertake to build engagement in his/her team.
