Enable the businesses to achieve their goals by aligning HR strategy with business strategy and provide quality and timely services. The role is responsible to ensure effective implementation of the HR initiatives and HR policies in the Sector to create a vibrant and performance driven culture.

- Manpower planning and budgeting.

- Implement recruitment policy, processes and monitor its adherence.

- Develop a resume data bank and ensure its periodic updation.

- Drive talent acquisition process & issue offers to the selected candidates for the positions Senior General Manager & below.

- Ensure orientation program is done for all the new joiners.

- Administer the PMS process as per schedule & guidelines

- Ensure correct processing of PMS data and present it with recommendations of promotions, salary corrections etc. to Corporate HR

- Analyze & present the training needs requirements from the PMS & talent talk

- Implement Talent Talk Process as per guidelines issued by Corporate HR & draw a road map for career path and succession planning

- Ensure effective implementation of Corporate HR policies.

- Devise and implement Employee Retention strategies to reduce employee turnover & enhance engagement.

- Resolve employee grievances and address their issues.

- Organize all employee connect events.

- Implement Employee Engagement Survey and Action plan as per guidelines issued by Corporate HR.

- Develop and monitor Annual HR budget

- Ensure statutory compliances and provide Administrative support for Area offices

- Renewal of Agreements pertaining to Area offices in discussion with Sector

- Liasoning with Govt. authorities for compliances pertaining to Sector

Education Qualifications: Graduate in any stream + MBA / PG Diploma in Management with specialization in HR

Relevant and Total Years of Experience: 18-22 years of relevant experience with at least 3-5 years as heading the HR function of a Business unit.

Technical/Functional Expertise:

- Good Business Acumen with ability to think strategically

- In depth knowledge of PMS, Recruitment, Talent Management etc

- Familiar with SAP HR system

- Knowledge of industry best practices in Employee relations.

- Knowledge of statutory compliances
