PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION : Role holder will head HR for Business Unit and will be working with Business Head and his Direct Reports who are functional head Job Profile 1. He will be responsible for creating engaged and productive workforce and will work as coach for Business head, Senior Director on People issues related to employee productivity, creating governance matrix. 2. He will ensure that HR Module like- AOP, Recruitment, Employee Integration and Assimilation, PMS, Training, Engagement, Salary and Wage Administration, Employee Exit are able to meet employee demand 3. Should have strong exposure on PMS for front end function like Sales, Marketing and Back end Function like SCM, Manufacturing. He should be able to coach Business Head on performance issues and how to handle them 4. Should have strong exposure on creating performance driven culture and lead the change management 5. Should be very good on stakeholder management We are looking for people specifically from FMCG background who has handled Plant as well as Sales HR
