Senior General Manager/General Manager - Finance System Automation - Manufacturing Firm

Career opportunity with leading manufacturing organization for SGM/GM-Finance-System Automation

- Strong hands-on experience in accounting and reporting specially in SAP GL, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting

- Prior experience in driving S/4 Hana migration and implementation in a multi geography /Multinational organization

- Ability to liaise with cross functional business and IT teams and act as an internal IT point of contact for SAP implementation projects and support issues.

- Ability to drive and manage key stakeholder management including but not limited to C-Suite leaders

- Manage work across time zones with country finance and India support teams as needed

- Document process flows and operating instructions for business execution team.

- Strong Analytical capability for business requirements and design to ensure implementation of robust and scalable solutions to accommodate changing business needs.

- Participate in and help drive design specifications.

- Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.

- Work effectively in geographically and culturally diverse project and support teams.

- Continually strive to enhance or improve business systems processes that drive efficiency through use of best practices

- Monitor progress of SAP projects and take corrective action as required to ensure deadlines and business needs are met.

- Work with SAP team to write business and technical specifications.

- Execute and ensure testing is exhaustive with appropriate sign off

- Judicious use of natural resources

- Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
