Our Client is an MNC in the Manufacturing Industry is hiring for the following position:

Qualification: CA

Experience: 15+ years of experience from manufacturing

Job Summary:

Responsible for developing and implementing accounting practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manages a team engaged in collecting, recording, analyzing, and reporting accounting transactions.

2. Plans, reviews, and/or prepares internal and external reports, schedules, and statements.

3. Oversees the account reconciliation process.

4. Reviews and monitors financial controls.

5. Participates in, and responds to internal audits.

6. Provides and interprets data from accounting records as required by management.

7. Coordinates accounting services and integrates with operating needs.

8. Oversees the management of functions such as property records, general ledger, and general accounting services.

9. Coaches and mentors general accounting staff; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to direct reports
