Senior General Manager - Export Leader/International BD/Marketing - Manufacturing

Job Summary:

Lead efforts within Exports functions including pricing, business development, quality improvement, logistics, demand management and order fulfillment. Ensures internal and external customers' expectations and requirements are met from end to end in each of the Value Chains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations across functions to ensure a dependable and efficient Value Chain.

- Lead continuous improvement projects that align with Cummins Operating System and Functional

- Excellence direction and leverage common processes tools, and information systems.

- Support Corporate initiatives and lead the cross Business Unit planning processes to ensure intra-company alignment.

- Approach daily problem solving and continuous improvement opportunities strategically and tactically to achieve performance targets.

- Develop, understand and improve necessary Key Performance Indicators.

- Prepare and manage an annual operating plan including expense resources, and capital.

- Manage, coach, and develop staff; work with employees to set goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.
