Senior General Manager/ Director - HR Business Partner - Oil & Gas/ Engineering

Sr. General Manager - People

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Key Stakeholders and provide strategic interventions and advise related to Talent attraction, Talent Retention and Development.

- Implement the People strategy, effectively building a competitive advantage and accelerate growth

- Lead HR strategies and programs that support business outcomes and build organizational and individual capabilities aligned to the corporate vision, mission, and culture.

- Builds a collaborative, transparent, open and employee friendly environment through employee connect and communication initiatives.

- Ensure succession plan is in place and that Individual Development Plans identified by individual and their managers address individual needs as well as the business needs.

- Oversee the effective goal setting to ensure business goals are aligned and cascaded throughout the organization as per defined schedule and effective performance conversation are implemented.

- Partner with Talent Acquisition team in achieving business work force requirement.

- Partner with Talent Management & Remuneration team and deliver effective yearly performance review and pay review cycle.

- Lead a team of People Partners and People Operations team for employee's life cycle, including leading feedback and evaluation processes, employee development plans, on boarding, engagement, talent management and off boarding processes, etc.

- Focus on continuous improvement of People process and employee experience.

- Budgeting for People function in India and align with business and finance.

- Proactively identifies organizational issues through data and trends and brings forth recommendations/solutions.

- Provides expertise in managing and leading change and is an advocate for creating a culture that supports business objectives.

- Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally.
