Senior Functional Consultant (SFC)- EmployWise
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
The roles responsibilities are in 3 key areas: Account Management, Project Management and Product Management Contribution
Account Management :
- Responsible for managing the customer on-boarding and continued engagement process for EmployWiseTM taking complete post-sales ownership of a customer account.
- Building and nurturing customer relations through value-delivery and regular contact.
- Working closely with the key stakeholders of the client and ensure customers realise value from their EmployWiseTM deployments
- Ensure account level revenue enhancement through upsell of modules and services by mapping customer processes, existing solutions and pitching business benefits through greater use of EmployWiseTM
Project Management :
- Develop and monitor implementation plans and ensure go-live as per timelines
- Manage implementation effort and time to ensure go-live well within estimated time/costs budgets
- Needs to manage a team of Functional consultants and assist them in the day-to-day tasks of implementation and client interactions
Product Management :
- Contribute to improvement of the product by providing regular feedback to the product management team and product engineering team by sharing critical user experience inputs towards product development and improvement.
- Provide effort estimates to Sales teams for new implementations
- Ensure excellent feedback from customers on reference checks from prospective customers and lead referrals from customers.
- Assist the BD team in managing key contact relationships in customer organisations
Education & Experience :
- Engineers with MBA preferably in HR
- Minimum 70% score in academics throughout
- At least 4 years of prior enterprise software implementation experience preferably in the HR domain or cloud/SaaS solutions
Functional Knowledge :
- Ability to win customer confidence through grasp of domain and product knowledge to be able to act as a consultant to the customer.
- A business development orientation in mining and growing existing accounts
- Understanding of HR function. Awareness and understanding of Industry best practices in HR [Preferable but not essential]
Interpersonal / Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convincingly articulate complex ideas especially in a one-to-many situation
- Strong account and people management skills based on empathy and integrity in relationships
- A team player capable of working in a collaborative manner while working in matrix operations
