Senior Functional Analyst - ORM

- Currently looking out for a candidate having a decent experience related to Outsourcing Policy/Third party risk management role with one of the leading banking client for Mumbai location

- Ensure preparation and maintenance of the Bank wide database of vendors for financial activities, providing inputs for enhancements

- Changes in the Outsourcing Policy, ensure preparation & monitoring of KRIs for Outsourcing Risk for submission to ICAAP Committee

- Coordinate and ensure offsite monitoring of vendors, submission of responses for various regulatory requirements pertaining to Outsourcing, dissemination of various regulatory guidelines and analyzing, reviewing and mitigating the respective areas of the risk.

- Review, monitor and track the various observations to ensure adherence to the guidelines stipulated in the Outsourcing Policy of the Bank and the quality and effectiveness of the oversight on the vendors by respective units.

- Managing the various risk initiatives undertaken by the unit.

- Developing the requirement and suitable delivery for the System development for Vendor Risk Management
