Senior Financial Analyst - Real Estate

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Should be responsible for creating the financial model from scratch.

2. We are currently looking for a financial analyst to join our firm who is skilled in Microsoft Excel and model creation.

3. Proficiency in corporate finance and related metrics (NPV, IRR, multiples) is mandatory.

4. Should be able to understand the financial concepts driving the Commercial Real Estate investments.

5. The candidate must be proficient in Excel and has the capabilities to use SUM, Average, SUMIF, PMI, NPV, IRR, VLOOKUP, RUNDOWN, PV, Index-Match, IF, MIN, MAX, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, and more.

6. The candidate is to be able to create models from scratch and improve existing client models.

7. Track and analyze all aspects of the US commercial real estate market.

8. Responsible for analyzing and creating research reports on the real estate market and regional economy.

9. Prepare and present reports to Clients and Management.

10. Proactively leverage knowledge from research for products, client projects, and business development efforts.
