Finance Process Administration : - Guide Finance end users on existing processes and the steps to request new processes or SAP modifications - Review and approve monthly SLA reports for Finance Administrative activities (FMD). - Review Finance Admin/FMD SOP's - Assist with FMD process automation from Infopath to ServiceNow - Act as company liaison for Blackline training/development and audit support - Review assigned compliance reporting for accuracy and completeness prior to submission to compliance group - Review and approve monthly US COPA to FI reconciliation entries for Sales Allowances and Standard COGS Finance Process Development : - Serve as liaison/working partner between the business and IT for new business requirements that require systems work. - Investigate the business requirement, possible solutions with IT, partner with IT to test and implement solutions. - Provide assistance to FMD team in writing new required SOP's - Build new management reporting for Finance processes as needed to be handed off to FMD team - Provide assistance to team for Finance Master Data requests not covered in SOPs, consulting with IT as required - Build new control processes for GAAP and SOX Compliance with emphasis on automation
