Senior Financial Accountant

- Support financial decision-making information by collecting and analyzing financial data and report on costs, productivity, margins and expenditures

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheet, income statements, cash flow)

- Provide reports on business performance using MIS reports

- Preparation of Forecast template and review of the same with actual data on a monthly basis

- Entry of cash & bank payments, receipts , Debit and credit notes, sales, purchases and vouchers on the system

- Preparation of payments for suppliers, and other operational expenses

- Presenting reports on the performance of each branch vs. expenses and operational costs

- Reports on the performance of the products, turnover and profit margin

- Budgeting petty cash for all the branches

- Calculate monthly VAT and monthly estimated tax payments, assembling data for annual tax fillings

- Manage tax reporting and inventory processing

- Gathering and monitoring financial data (sales, revenues, and liabilities)

- Forecasting costs and revenues and cash flow positions, borrowing needs and available funds for investment

- Prepare budgets for the group of the companies and for each department

- Monitoring and report on accounting discrepancies

- Perform month-end and year-end close processes

- Ensure all accounting transactions comply with the law and support company's investments

- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements

- Report to management on variances from the established budget and the reasons for those variances

- Maintain banking relationships

- Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all the areas of the group of companies

- Assist in the determination of the product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing

- Oversee the extension of credit to customers

- Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvements activities

- Perform any task or duty requested by the management
