Senior Finance Manager - CA

Role requirements:

1. Practising CA with at least 5 years- experience at accounting / audit firms or start-ups

2. Experience in bookkeeping, MIS, income statements, and unaudited financial statements

3. Collaborating with auditors to ensure timely preparation of audited financial statements

4. Comfort with relevant provisions of the Companies Act, Contract Act, FEMA, and others

5. Comfort in leading taxation (direct and indirect), while keeping eye on evolving laws

6. Leading implementation and management of strict internal controls across domains

7. Strong orientation in setting-up robust systems, and improving existing systems if needed

8. Co-ordination with banks and vendors; working with secretarial, legal, and HR functions

9. Experience in vetting and opining on various contracts from a financial perspective

10. Strong experience in understanding and replying to notices from government bodies

11. Ability to evaluate tools and technology for automating functions across key areas

12. Strong communication (written and verbal), passion for ownership, collaborative attitude

13. Experience in a real money gaming company will be a major plus; it is not mandatory
