The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company, ensuring that financial records are accurate, complete, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. The role involves financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control activities that enable management to make informed decisions to drive the business forward. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing the financial activities of a company, be a strong leader, and have excellent communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the company's financial activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure that financial activities are conducted in accordance with best practices and company policies

- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies

- Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities

- Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, including coaching, mentoring, and development

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. A CA, CFA, or MBA is highly desirable

- 3-5 years of experience in financial management, with a track record of success in managing financial activities for a company

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations

- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial analysis, and financial reporting
