Senior Finance Manager

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts, Periodically P&L Statements

- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and performance evaluation.

Accounts Payable & Receivable :

- Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.

- Ensure Accurate and timely salary transactions and reconciliation of the same on a monthly basis.

General Ledger Management:

- Prepare and oversee the general ledger and chart of accounts.

- Reconcile accounts and manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Maintain a well-organized and accurate accounting system.

Financial Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with local and PAN India financial laws and regulations.

- Assist in tax planning and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

- Prepare and review tax filings, including income tax, GST, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and other applicable taxes.

- Monitor and Address Tax Related issues

Financial Planning and Strategy:

- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the organization's objectives.

- Forecast financial trends, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Budgeting and Cost Management:

Cash Management:

- Optimize cash flow and liquidity management.
