Sr Marketing Manager is responsible for leading all paid marketing initiatives and strategies including

- Strong understanding of Facebook and Twitter virality

- Manage and optimize Facebook and Twitter campaigns

- Work closely with content team and drive creative ideas

- Mobile app install campaigns on Facebook

- Thinker: Strategic, should have created approaches to FB campaigns rather than just implementing.

- Someone who has the potential to grow into a leader in this space in next 2-4 years

Requirements

- Proven track record of delivering tangible results on traffic and conversions.

- Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/ or partnerships that generate results.

- Expert in Facebook Paid marketing.

- Strong understanding of web and app analytics and ability to derive meaningful insights for creation of paid marketing strategies.

- Comfortable in coordinating with Vendors, Programmers & Content Writers regarding changes required in the sites.

- Experience in managing relevant Marketing Tools.

- Ability to anticipate or quickly react to changing marketing landscape by staying on top of current marketing news, trends, practice and social triggers.

- Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills
