We are hiring for Senior Executive role in Talent Acquisition for a leading Big4 audit firm in Gurgaon.
Designation : Senior Executive
Responsibilities :
- Closely work with the management team for talent acquisition process set up and improvement
- End to End recruitments with good exposure to "Support Hiring".
- Freezing of organization chart of individual departments and job descriptions of various positions across all levels in co-ordination with the Head of the Departments
- Understanding the competencies for position including job title, principal accountabilities, key result areas, authority, reporting and supervisory relationships, working conditions, environment and other relevant factors.
- Establishing a channel mix of multiple sourcing channels like job portals, references, placement consultants, and advertisement in print and electronic media, walk-ins and head hunting to optimize cost and fulfill position within or before stipulated time
- Responsible for end to end Talent acquisition for various projects at various sites
- Conduct Detailed telephonic and Face to face interviews
- Closing Offer and Salary Negotiation of candidates up to Senior Management
- Responsible for Joining formalities and Orientation of New Joinee
Experience & Education :
- Minimum 2 years to maximum 6 years.
- Candidates from Big4 firms or Research related experience will be preferred.
- MBA regular from reputed institutes specialized in Human Resources.
