Searching for a reliable and highly skilled R&D Executive (5+ years) for an emerging Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company called Sinterx Pharma Pvt Ltd. Based out of Hyderabad, Sinterx is a rising company in the Pharma CDMO industry with deep relations with various high-stakes players in this industry and a dedicated and motivated team.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee the R&D chemistry department, set direction, and manage projects to drive innovation and product development.

2. Conduct research and development activities to calibrate processes and technologies.

3. Synthesize new processes for products that are in high demand in the market and improvise process for the existing products.

4. Stay up to date with emerging trends and developments in the field thereby identify new opportunities for research and development.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate scientific advancements into viable commercial products.

6. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to produce commercially scalable outputs.

7. Be highly knowledgeable in safety protocols/ SOPs to handle the equipment in the laboratory and handle equipment as per GLP Guidelines.

8. Maintain a clean and safe workplace in adherence to GMP guidelines in the laboratories.

9. Periodically assess laboratory operations, identify scope for improvement and communicate opportunities to improve to reporting team.

10. Minimize wastage through continuous research on process optimization without compromising on safety standards.

Qualifications and work experience required:

1. Candidates with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in chemistry [B.Sc (Chemistry)/ M.Sc (Chemsitry)] from a reputed university with high academic achievements (>80% aggregate score) may apply.

2. Proven experience of 5+ years in R&D in pharmaceutical manufacturing sector preferably in Intermediates and KSM.

3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.

4. Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex research projects.

5. Deep understanding of chemical principles, experimental design, and analytical techniques.

6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

7. Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset to drive innovation and overcome scientific challenges.
