Working Days : 6 days a week
Purpose of the Role:
Looking for a person who can handle Manpower requirements for service delivery, and responsible for developing / identifying new vendors to deliver the required manpower on time to business.
Job Description:
- Managing order execution, sourcing of new SD manpower vendors and Managing vendors.
- Knowledge in telecom or Relevant industry experience with P2P process understanding
- Taking care of complete Procurement Cycle like getting quotation, finalizing prices, PO release, receiving invoice and ensuring SRN is done on time by user.
- Working as an interface between vendors and internal customers.
- Knowledge of Minimum wages act including ESI & PF
- Well versed with SAP procurement module.
- Well versed with Ariba RFQ and other standard sourcing processes.
- Periodically monitoring the open Purchase orders and ensuring the closure of unused Purchase orders
- Follow up with Manpower supply vendors for timely submission of invoices with required documentation.
- Need to maintain Requisitions & Purchase orders -Aging reports, Savings report, new supplier evaluation.
- Good in negotiations, proficient in locating new vendors, analyzing the best source of purchase.
Key Result Areas:
- This position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency through management of Manpower & Manpower vendors.
- Ensuring cost operations is on a reducing trend year on year

Recruitment:
- Graduate/post graduate or equivalent in any discipline.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Good in Communication skills and worked in SAP / Ariba, knowledge in GST, SAC & HSN etc.) is required.
- Sound knowledge in complete MS office suite and preparing & MIS
- Experience in processing of Manpower supply invoices.
- Strong understanding of telecom technologies and operations
- Ability to build up relations with external and internal stakeholders.
