Senior Executive - Operations - Internet/Online

Key responsibilities :

- Monitor the operational metrics associated with the projects and touch base with relevant stakeholders to improve the same

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to build SOPs and implement them

- Provide operational support to implement projects that improve user experience or productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.

- Leverage data and other sources of information to develop insights and point of view on prevailing issues that need to be tackled.

What are we looking for?

- 1-3 years of total work experience in start-ups / consumer internet companies/ management consulting/ analytics

- Bachelor's Degree (B. Tech or B.E.)

- Having a very strong data-driven mindset to problem solving with proven ability in forming a point of view on business implications

- Proven track record of defining and executing key initiatives with minimal supervision

- Intellectual curiosity, ability to learn fast and willingness to grow fast, ability to connect the dots between disparate data sources to drive insight

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Excel. SQL experience is a plus but not required
