What we are looking for?

We are looking to hire Sr. Executive - Marketing and BD to handle our marketing, sales as well as business development activities.

Roles and responsibilities

Marketing

1. Ability to handle our marketing channel including website, social media marketing, and B2B marketing

2. Ability to work with the creative team to create collaterals and client presentations

3. Lead generation through direct/in-direct marketing

Business Development

1. Understand the client needs and propose the hiring solutions catering to them

2. Identify, engage and close the opportunity

3. Work with the delivery team for the delivery of services

Note: The person needs to work closely with our founding team which is based in Pune/Mumbai
