Senior Executive/Manager - Industrial Relations - Mfg/Auto/FMCG

Position: Sr Executive / Manager-HR - IR (Industrial Relations)

Job Location: Nanjangud, Mysore, Hosure, Hassan

Educational Qualification: Any Graduation (60% Marks across academics) and MSW HR or MBA HR is preferred

Male candidates are preferred

Age Criteria: Less than 40

Job Profile

- To bring to the notice of factory management, the grievances of workers, individual as well as collective, with a view to securing their expeditious redress and to act as a Liason Officer between the management and labour

- Maintain good relation with union leaders, political representatives and local police

- Keep update on IR scenario of plant.

- Foresee and take measures on any agitations or protests.

- Provides collaborative approach involving senior team of factory and DHQ team in finding solutions to any issues

- Handle contract labour, agreement terms and negotiate rates.

- Interface with employees and workmen in Production floor, contract labour employees.

- Identify improvement areas and update vendors to take necessary action

- Oversee factory security and admin (Time office and manpower planning)

Job Specifications:

- Should have knowledge on Labour and Industrial Laws

- Should be aware of Government and Legal formalities

- Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)

- Should know Kannada and English
