- Handling Payroll processing
- Handling Employee Engagement
- Managing key and critical relations
- Handling Performance Management
- MBA (HR) from a good institute/ university is critical.
- Ability to perform under pressure and keeping up to deadlines, along with an eye for detail and quality orientation.
