Sr Executive/ Manager - Compensation & Benefits (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)

Role :

- Design a Compensation Package based on Business Goals and Strategy

- Create a Consistent Compensation Guideline that Matches our work and Organizational Culture

- Create and analyse Job Description and Classification

- Review of compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.

- Handling Annual performance pay process aligned to organization goals.

- Handling benefits renewal across organization.

- Leads and manages compensation projects for entire organization.

- Designs and develops compensation policies.

- Designs and develops different schemes of variable remuneration.

- Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data.

- Design Evaluation & Job Analysis, Salary Benchmarking & Parity, Performance Pay & Incentives

Requirements :

- Education: MBA/MMS B.Tech/BE Information Technology

- 4-7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a manufacturing Company

- Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits

- Proactive, Initiative & system oriented

- Presentation & Excel Skills

- Analytical and Problem Solving

- Compensation & Benefits Analyst specialized in Annual Appraisal, Job Evaluation & Job Analysis, Salary Benchmarking & Parity, Performance Pay & Incentives
