Required Candidate Specifications
- Graduate with a PG qualification in PGDBM / PGDBA essential. MBA desirable.
- 26 -28 years of age with 4 years of successful sales experience in Media, handling corporate clientele for Manager Position, out of which minimum 2 years in Digital media.
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in Media, handling corporate clientele for Sr. Executive position, out of which minimum 1 year in Digital media.
- Existing relationship with advertisers &digital media agencies is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills, an attitude to get things done and willingness to work in a high-growth start-up environment
- Strong planning ability & customer orientation.
- Thorough on problem solving abilities & negotiation skills.
- Go getter with hands-on sales approach.
Required Job Specifications
- Cultivate new large accounts in the region.
- Generate & exceed assigned sales targets per month.
- Execute & establish any new media solutions that is developed by the organization in the market to the key target clients in the region.
- Work strongly with clients and advertising agency with decision makers and influencers.
- Build personal credibility and manage customer and relationships.
- Maintain & enhance relationship with existing large customers.
- Contribute towards increasing Sales team productivity in the region.
- Contribute to cultivating a success-oriented, cooperative, and diligent team culture
