Senior Executive - Legal Risk Management

Legal Experience:

- Reviewing, negotiate and finalization of commercial contracts from both client and vendor perspective

- Handling internal & external stakeholders with strong legal acumen.

- Ability to provide proposal drafting support

- Reviewing of RFP's, Tenders, RFQ's, Power of attorney, pre-bid queries, deviation matrix, cover letters, declarations, bid compliance check list, etc

- Updated on current legal developments and laws

Other Experience and Qualifications expected:

- The person must be a LLB graduate passed out from a reputed law college having more than 3 - 4 years of an inhouse legal counsel experience in a big organization having multi-disciplinary practice elements working within it.

- Having excellent written, presentation and spoken English skills

- Ability to work in a diverse team as an individual contributor.
