We are looking for Senior Executive - Learning & Analytics to work with following skills sets;
Job Title: Sr. Executive-Learning & Analytics
Location: Mumbai
Experience : 1-3 yrs
Key Responsibilities for the position:
1. Program Management and MIS
a. Managing end to end execution of training programs organized by the Corporate L&D team (including nominations, venue finalization, planning logistics, feedback collections etc.)
b. Budgeting, tracking and processing L&D expenses to enable efficiency in budget utilization
c. Maintain Program Trackers and conduct feedback analysis for the programs undertaken
2. People Processes Data Management and Analytics
a. Compiling, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, verifying and analyzing information or data related to people processes (Performance Management, Recruitment & Selection etc)
i. Provide assistance with the preparation of project-related reports and presentations.
ii. Perform descriptive analysis of data.
iii. Verify the accuracy and validity of data entered in databases
3. Content Development and Design:
a. Utilize the principles of Instructional Design to create learner-centric training content with respect to key people processes
4. Supporting the design of L&D interventions through research and data analytics.
Key capabilities required for this position:
Functional capabilities:
Mandatory
1. Computer Skills - Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, particularly on Excel and Powerpoint
2. Basic understanding of Human Resource Management & Industrial Psychology - Knowledge of human behavior and performance; learning and motivation; Organization Behavior
3. Administration and Management - Knowledge of basic business and management principles involved in resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.
4. Project Management Skills: Excellent Project Management Skills with ability to work on multiple projects at a time
5. Communication Skills - Very good written and oral communication skills
Desirable
1. Additional skills in Database Management soft wares and Structured query language SQL Knowledge of Personnel and Human Resources Management processes
