Note : Candidates must have excellent experience of hiring BFSI, Banking and Financial Services, Investment Baking, Capital Market, Wealth Management domain. Must have Senior to Top Management Hiring.

Candidates from Leading Multinational Banks, Investment Banking, Banking Captive, and Tier I IT companies will be preferred.

Job Description :

- Formulating and leading a resourcing strategy that cost effectively delivers world class talent across the organization for Technology domain.

- To identify and build relationships with reputable external partners, monitoring service level agreements and managing large-scale recruitment campaigns.

- Manage the entire external and internal candidate process - sourcing, screening, and closing external candidates.

- Ensure manpower on board in time and effective cost through monitoring progress against the hiring and recruiting plans, and identifying ongoing areas for improvements and associated actions

- Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives

- Establish strategy for diversity, recruiting and retention of new hires

- Build and manage relationships to facilitate recruiting process and to meet hiring goals, work with hiring managers and provide interview training to hiring managers.

- Conduct interviews and drive hiring process with metrics to measure results.

- Manage Talent Acquisition budgets for present and future needs

- Support leadership efforts to drive recruitment performance and effectiveness.

- Monitor and review recruiting KPIs, using this to identify opportunities for improving performance results within the business

- Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to define appropriate specifications for approved immediate and future internal and external positions

- Partner with the Campus team to hire top talent and implement appropriate programs.

Required Qualifications and Experience :

- MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management or Post Graduate Degree in General Management with at least 8 years of work experience

- Extensive knowledge of employment and recruitment practices, with demonstrated general management capability (e.g., managing people, managing budgets, managing change/innovation, managing vendors).

- Extensive know-how and broad comprehension of Recruitment systems infra-structure, design, systems interfaces, and Internet capabilities.

- Leadership, team building, and coaching skills required.

- Excellent interpersonal and problem resolution skills.

- Effective communication and presentation skills.

- Results driven and high level of professionalism
