Senior Executive - IT Audit & Compliance Job Description: Client type- fintech Roles and Responsibilities: - Diligently maintain PhonePe's Information Security (ISMS) Framework and underlying policies, procedures, standards and guidelines. - Facilitate external audits such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, regulatory and partner bank audits. - Liaise with the internal stakeholders ensuring that necessary security posture is maintained for the organization. - Drive periodic internal reviews and awareness campaigns. - Act as the custodian for the BCP / DR policy and recovery strategies. Conduct periodic BIA and Risk Assessment by collaborating with the ITDR team and other internal stakeholders. Experience and Qualifications: - Experience of 2-3 years in information systems security, ITGC and IT risk management. - Working knowledge of security domains such as logical and physical access, SDLC, change management, network security and vulnerability management. - Effective communication and problem-solving skills. - Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and team-oriented player. - Security certifications such as ISO 27001:2013 Lead Implementer or ISO 27001:2013 Lead Auditor.
