We are hiring Senior Executive HR @ Mumbai Location

Opportunity with one of the global shipping organizations

Designation : SeniorExecutive - HR (7 to 12 L p.a)

Work location: Chennai / Mumbai

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Salary: 7 to 12 L p.a

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Role holder is responsible as Assistant Manager - HR for an SBU reporting to HRBP

- Implementing deep HR Best practices across all People Processes (including Performance Management, C&B etc)

- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress

- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment

- Develop compensation and benefits plans

- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process

- Host in-house recruitment events

- Discuss employees career development paths with managers

- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)

- Review departmental budgets

- Organize learning and development programs

Desired Profile:

- Should have worked in a strong HR environment in a Corporate Company

- Should have implemented best practices & processes

- Should be from top B School
