Job Description:


1. You will be working with different HR functions especially recruitment.


2. Plan the day to achieve the daily target and guide the team to achieve their targets.


3. Analyzing the recruitment needs and frames a recruitment strategy.


4. Frame efficient keywords to source potential candidates, Filter the candidates as per the eligibility based on the requirements.


5. You should be well experienced in using social media and job portals to source, shortlist and hire suitable candidate.


6. Should know best ways to pick the candidate profiles in all domains.


7. Guide the team as well as co-ordinate to conducting Interviews, Negotiate the compensation, regular follow up the shortlisted candidate and to facilitate and ensuring the joining of the candidate.


8. Assist the joining formalities, background verification and ensure smooth induction of the employee.


9. Take responsibilities to maintain attendance and payroll process.


10. Handling all the grievances from employees and escalate to the management.


11. You should be experienced in employee retention and handling exit formalities.


12. Train the team to focus on building the team and manage them to give proper results.


13. Handling the management performance appraisal Co-ordinate rewards and recognition, conducting welfare activities as per the Management instructions.


14. Should handle team efficiently & effectively to give best results.


15. Strong English communication skill to speak, to understand and to write is essential for this role to build rapport with candidates and with the management.


16. Master degree with human resource education will be preferred for this role.


17. Perfect to have an extraordinary skill in pay attention/understanding and grasping.


18. Working knowledge in social media and other job portals is highly chosen.


19. Active team performer is preferred.


20. Be duty-bound to work in day shift timing.


21. Having focused mind to contribute best results in recruitment for business.
