We are currently hiring a Senior Executive HR for a world renowned brand that has been in existence for more than 100 years and is known for being the most innovative company worldwide with an average of 3000 patents being filed each year.

Key Responsibilities :

- Recruitment of Technicians

- Induction of New employees

- Overall Statutory compliance's

- Managing day to day Contract Labour

- Implementation of all HR policies

- Managing Employee Transport & Canteen

- Overall administration of various contracts security & vehicle management, garden, housekeeping

- Liaison with various local government bodies, Factory Inspectors, Labour Office, Municipal Corporation, MIDC

- Performance Management & Training Needs Identification and its implementation

- Running the CSR initiative for the unit

- Maintaining Positive IR environment

Key Prerequisites :

- The applicant should be from the manufacturing sector background.

- Should be well versed at statutory compliance and contract labour management.

- Should have graduated from a regular/full time MBA course.
