Responsibilities :
- Work with line managers to understand and follow the recruitment process
- Run end to end PMS processes
- Managing entire recruitment cycle
- Enable business managers and staff to understand HR policies and procedures
- Ensure standardization and consistency of human resource practices and policies
- Ensure accuracy of data contained in the Enterprise System
- Provide HR related reports to the Management Team
- Manage and solve all HRIS related issues
- In charge of all compensation and benefit administration plus compliance
- Global stakeholder management
Qualifications :
- Must have an experience in either Manufacturing, chemical or heavy engineering
- MBA in Human Resources with three to five years of post-qualification experience
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
