Hiring for a role as Senior Executive - HR with one of the fast growing multinational company.

Core Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

- Driving and Executing end to End recruitment for various internal positions

- Create and adopt innovative candidate sourcing strategy and help drive recruiting campaigns in order to ensure timely recruitment of high quality, diverse talent to meet business need.

- Scheduling and coordinating for Technical round of candidates with technical Panel.

- Conducting HR round of interview and short listing the candidates for final interview. Coordinate for final interview of the short listed candidates.

- Execute campus and off campus hiring

- Driving and execute complete post selection operational activities and on-boarding formalities

Other HR Functions:

- Execute initiatives geared towards promoting our employment brand, driving performance excellence, drive employee engagement and team effectiveness activity in an energizing, unique way.

- Drive and execute reinforcement of the culture and behaviors

- Identifying Training & Development opportunities for the employees which can facilitate continuous improvement & in delivering required results

- Effective employee relations - Cultivate strong relationships within the organization

- Support implementation of HR operational policies/practices

- Execute smooth exit of employees

- Develop and Provide meaningful management data/reports, analysis and insights

- HR operational tasks/activities

Skills Sets (Must to Have):

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high energy levels

- Excellent team player; hands-on with a can-do approach and ability to get things done

- Pro-active with good problem solving skills

- Extremely collaborative and the ability to function in a matrix environment

- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS excel & PowerPoint

- Strong prioritization and time management skills

- Provide end to end HR generalist support to the business group assigned.

Educational Requirements:

- A Post Graduate degree in Human Resources will be considered as an advantage
