Skills Required For This Job:

Education: B.Com/ M.Com/ CA Inter/ CA IPCC/ CA

Experience:

- 4-8 years of relevant experience

- Practical understanding and working knowledge of the payroll process and related taxes viz. TDS, ST, PF, ESI, PT etc

- Proficiency in MS Excel/ Office and Internet savvy

- Intelligence and creativity

- Experience in handling a team (of at least 3 - 4 members) preferred
