Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts - CA - Mfg

We are hiring for our leading client in Manufacturing Industry

Position: Sr. Executive- Finance & Accounts

Location: Chennai (Manali)

Salary Range: 7-8 LPA

Qualification: CA (1st or 2nd attempt will preffered)

Job Detail:

- Ensure that accounts of the,business are being maintained in,accordance with the statutory,requirements and represent a, true and fair view of the financial,performance of the business.

- Ensure Timely closure of all,books of accounts after proper GL, scrutiny. Ensure compliance with Corporate Governance, regulations, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, Sales Tax Act, Service tax, Excise, FEMA, RBI, FTP, etc.

- Ensure adequacy of internal checks and controls to prevent frauds.

- Coordinate with all units where Plants and Godowns of EPB are present for timely completion of VAT & CST assessments without,any liability on the Business

- Monitoring NPA items,(Inventory, Receivables, L&A etc) and take appropriate actions for reducing the same.

- Monitoring day to day fund,position and projection. Ensure effective utilization of auto fund sweep facilities

- Monitoring Capex status as per plan and take appropriate actions for timely closure

- Ensure Capex policy & DOP compliance for Capex Proposal, Completion report and review reports.

- Ensure adequate coverage of all the fixed and current assets of the business through insurance and other financial products.

- Ensure smooth flow of banking and other Insurance matters.

- Ensure timely declaration of monthly insurance covers.

- Ensure timely communication of Addition/Deletion details to the Insurance company through Insurance agents

- Ensure faster settlement of refunds/insurance claim settlements if any lodged.
