Senior Executive - Finance & Accounting - CA - BFS

This is a mid-senior level at one of reputed Agro-commodities business multinational, with its operations in Europe and Asia. The organization is building a world-class agriculture supply chain company, anchored in China and competing globally in the Agri commodities sector.

Mandatory Qualification : Chartered Accountant ( preferably in first attempt) for the batch of 2015 or earlier.

- Role is based out of Gurgaon, and candidates working in Delhi NCR would be preferable.

- The candidate will be responsible for financial controls for their all LOBs - VegOil, Grains, Cotton and Sugar vericals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Monitoring of margin & MTM for future trades.

2. MTM working and accounting for forex.

3. Monitoring of credit/ MTM exposure & raising flag for any potential exposure.

4. Monthly Futures PNL reconciliation & confirmation.

5. Monthly PNL preparation for all products and segment PNL for each product line for better performance analysis.

6. Trial balance review upto GP level

7. Daily verification of position & upload.

8. Follow up for overdue payment.

9. Monitoring of credit limits.

10. Inventory valuation and periodic inventory reconciliation for all products.

11. Supporting in budget preparation.

12. Preparation of variance analysis & identifying reasons for variance.

13. Approval for Direct Expense invoices

14. Approval for Direct expense payments

15. Accrual for Direct expenses

16. Assessment of working capital requirement

17. Review of Audit Schedules for direct expense

18. Debit note/ credit note posting
