Sr. Executive ER
This is a HR role for one of our client. We are looking for people from BPM Healthcare/ BPO/ ITES/ Captive background for their in office role. The role entails:
1) Employee Relations/ HRBP
2) Grievance handling
3) Exit formalities
4) Span handled 100+ employees
Shift timings - 4:30 PM - 1:30 PM (Hybrid)
3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage ER in a Healthcare organization
- Grievance handling
- Exit formalities
- Induct newly hired employee
- To drive organization culture
- Identify critical moments in the employee experience lifecycle and design programs to enhance the culture and engagement mandate
- Identify experiential needs and create an environment that attracts and retains talent through a sought-after work culture
- Uses surveys, interviews, and other studies to conduct research regarding human resource policies, compensation, and other employment issues.
