Senior Executive - Direct Tax/Corporate Tax - Big4 - CA

Direct Tax/Corporate Tax role - CA - Big4 - Senior Executive.

- Would require mandatory experience in Direct Tax profile post - qualification along with good experience in Domestic & Corporate Tax.

Responsibilities :

- Adhering to client's corporate tax compliance timelines as per statute (assessments, filing of returns, etc.)

- Engaging in corporate tax mandates for clients

- Coaching/ developing junior members on the concepts of corporate tax

- Ensure timely billing is done for the clients

- Follow ups with clients for timely payment and TDS certificates

- Engage in technical research on latest case laws and circulars

- Preparing memo's and presentations for advisory assignments

- Provide assistance to seniors in pitching for new clients

- Attend external training and keep updated with the latest developments

- Assistance in drafting submissions and representation before the Tax authorities

- Developing and demonstrating strong technical knowledge

- Understand risk management procedures and ensure adherence thereto
